Marcy came to yoga because of a traumatic neck injury.  She had been reluctant to try yoga because she believed she couldn’t do the contortionist type poses Marcy had seen.  After dragging her oldest daughter to their first class, Marcy realized that yoga could be accessible to everyone.  The healing that began in her neck was incredible but the change in her life was even more profound and Marcy went on to yoga teacher training and yoga therapy training.
