Every single one of our instructors were hand picked because they embody the mission of Wild Root Yoga. Their truth is knowing that yoga is for every body and that each individual just needs a chance to find the right class and instructor for them. They all are very considerate and can provide variations as you may need them. They will also provide more information on other class styles, just ask!
